Huagang Toolings Company is located in Botou City-the largest production base of plate, the town of car mould, and the famous city of casting. We specialize in planer milling machines, cast iron, cast iron plates, lathe beds, ground tracks, coke oven plants, cranks, measuring tools, moulds and other related products. We provide custom design and all-around services including installation, debugging, and fixing. We enjoy convenient transportation, being to the west of Beijing-Shanghai Railway, Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway and No. 104 National Highway, and to the east of Shijiazhuang-Huanghua Expressway and No. 106 National Highway. Our company whose original name was Jiaohe Measuring Tools Main Plant was established in1970, being a fixed plant of producing plate. Following the reform and opening policy, our company has extended and developed into a joint venture. At present, our company staffs over 400 members, among whom there are 68 technicians. Our company owns first-class workshops covering more than 18,000 square meters, with casting branch plants and machining branch plants. The total production area of our casting branch is 4000 square meters. Besides, we have a 10T furnace cupola, an 8T furnace cupola, tow largest core drying cellars, a 3. 5mX10m annealing furnace cellar, tow moulding sand production processing lines, 4 sets of hoisting equipment of 40T, 20T, and 16T models. We can produce single 40T below all kinds of gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, heat resistant castings, non-ferrous castings and other related products. Each year, we produce more than 10,000t of products. In machining branch plants, we utilize a BQ2031planer-type machine, a B2020 planer-type, an X2010 planer-type milling machine, an X2032 planer-type milling machine, four 16T crown blocks, eight 5T crown blocks and other advanced instruments.
